The newly established Victorian Skills Authority (VSA), an administrative office of the higher education and skills portfolio, is seeking a Senior Project Officer to work within the Strategic Policy and Collaborative Design Unit. The successful candidate will have experience in managing projects and/or programs, reporting, and the ability to engage strategically and tactically. Experience of managing projects within a government context would be well-regarded.
The role will have responsibility for managing work on the skills solutions partnerships initiative as well as assisting with project and program design across the Authority and undertaking various elements of research.
The role will provide other project management and policy development support as required, including on the VSA's gender equality initiatives. Applicants with an understanding and demonstrated experience working on gender equality related policy or programs are encouraged to apply.
