As the Senior Project Officer (Website Manager) you will liaise with stakeholders and conduct research. Prior experience in website planning, implementation and management is highly regarded.   • Do you have experience in website planning, implementation & management?

The Senior Project Officer will provide expert project or program support to the Manager Implementation in delivering the Building Consumer Information & Support Program (BCISP). The position will be part of a team managing implementation of the first year of the program which includes the delivery of single ‘front-door' website across six key building agencies that interact with building consumers.

The position will lead the implementation of the new website, which will involve planning, implementing and managing the website once launched and liaising with key stakeholder agencies in the process. The role may also be involved in the development of implementation plans, governance frameworks and further funding submissions/business cases to secure funding for further roll-out of the program beyond 2021/22.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology / Website Design desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, implementing, managing and maintaining websites.
  • Demonstrated experience in liaising and conducting research with product owners, users and other stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing application and platform support, and to create and maintain automated tests - to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2022.
