About the Role

We have 2 exciting opportunities to join our Property Services Team. As a senior member of the team you will proactively protect and manage complex property files including actioning requests relating to the confirmation, protection, sale, purchase, lease, transfer and maintenance of client properties. You will also coach and provide support to Property Consultants.

Duties

  • Representing State Trustees when buying and selling properties
  • Engaging with Real Estate agents and suppliers to undertake jobs and ensure they comply with State Trustees' requirements
  • Monitor and manage Property Services contracts and ensure adherence to contract obligations and service level agreements
  • Investigation and resolution of contractor non-compliance
  • Cost management and reconciliation of third-party services
  • Ensuring property and personal effects are protected and managed in clients' best interests
  • Communicating with clients, beneficiaries and other interested parties

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or relevant experience in the real estate field
  • Demonstrated property management and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end Real Estate sales and leasing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
  • Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office
