About the Role
The Senior Scoping and Development Engineer is a position that sits in the Region and delivers high quality project scoping and development services for the region’s most complex projects based on transport needs identifies through strategic plans. This senior role ensures that projects are “delivery ready” and that all relevant DTP standards, project risks and project benefits are well documented in accordance with DTP Project Management Framework.

Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Desirable
• Extensive civil design development and project management experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Business Licensing Authority
Role Specific Requirements
• Driver’s License
• Shift work may be required
• Evening or weekend work including occasional overnight travel may be required
