1 x full-time fixed term role - 6 months
In this role, you will provide technical building advice, analysis and support on cladding audits to the Manager and Team Leader, Cladding Operations. You will assist in the QA'ing of iAuditor reports, Scheduling, Advisory Reference Panel (ARP) Support teams, Fast Track team, and Operations team. This role will also be required to carry out site inspections and produce accurate reports.
- A highly analytical and resilient individual with passion, experience and an understanding of the building industry, regulatory framework, current codes, legislation, regulations and standards in Victoria and/or other Australian jurisdictions.
- Experience with analysing technical reports and providing advice to stakeholders in an easy-to- understand manner.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports and briefs to present to stakeholders, the board, consumers and practitioners.
- Qualifications in building, engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Individuals who are qualified as a building surveyor will be highly regarded.
