POSITION SUMMARY: 1 x Ongoing position, 1 x fixed term position

Senior Tenancy and Property Officers play a vital role in supporting the delivery of client-centered services to individuals and families who seek housing assistance or reside in public housing.

Are you

  • Able to resolve complex and challenging problems associated with client needs and housing applications?
  • Competent in mentoring, training and supporting team members?
  • Capable of identifying emerging service delivery issues and areas of risk for operational housing services?
