The Common Corporate Platforms (CCP) program team will deliver modern, cloud-based platforms and process consolidation across Whole of Victorian Government (WOVG) functions for Human Resources, Procurement and Finance.

CCP have an exciting opportunity available for a highly experienced Senior Training Analyst to work within the Change Management team within the CCP program.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are to:

  • conduct training needs analysis and develop training within an organisational / business operations context
  • deliver high-quality, timely and effective content and engagement activities
  • develop training solutions that meet the CCP Program needs.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • experience preparing training materials in a complex and challenging organisational / business operations environment
  • acumen and ability to think on your feet, outcome driven with successful problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective and diverse working relationships
  • written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of varied communications
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or similar training qualifications will be highly regarded.
