VCAT is seeking a dynamic and customer service focused individual to join our IT team as a Service Desk Analyst for 12 months.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering first and second level support across VCAT IT applications and systems to agreed service level agreements. They will also be responsible for contributing to the provision of overall IT operations support, audio-visual equipment support, induction and general IT training, incident resolution, service requests and user support in conjunction with the CenITex Service Desk.
