About the facility


Barwon South West Region Integrated Cancer Service (BSWRICS) is one of 9 State Wide ICS funded by DHHS to improve cancer care and outcomes for the people of Victoria. Based in Geelong and Warrnambool the BSWRICS staff work with public, private and community services across the region to improve local cancer care services and outcomes.


About the role


This position will support the development and implementation of a range of BSWRICS projects aimed at improving cancer service delivery across the Barwon South West Region.


To be successful in this role you will have:



  • Experience in the health care system and understanding of primary care and acute care sectors

  • Ability to develop productive partnerships with individuals and organisations to implement innovative solutions

  • Strong leadership and change management skills
