About the role

The Foundation is seeking a number of Sessional Trainers to deliver occasional responsible gambling training, and to provide support to the delivery of this training by the Gambler's Help Venue Support Program.  The position may also provide assistance in the delivery of other training for gambling industry related stakeholders in support of the Venue Support Program .

The position will be required to undertake induction training to ensure knowledge of required content initially upon appointment and then after that one or two days of training per month on average and as required.  There may be the possibility of further hours in the future as circumstances change.  It is preferable that interested applicants have a current ABN.

About you

You are a passionate and engaging Trainer who has some knowledge or experience in the gambling industry or similar industry such as alcohol and other drugs (AOD).  You will have exceptional communications skills as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills working with different types of people.  A Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a current and valid driver's licence is required.  A current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate is desirable.
