SharePoint Technical Specialist

The position of SharePoint Technical Specialist forms a part of the Information Services Branch within Corporate Services. Information Services (IS) oversees the delivery of ICT-related investments and services to DJPR. The Collaboration Platforms Team support and develop a range of modern products to enable DJPR to have a collaborate and flexible work place.

Reporting to the Collaboration Platforms Manager within DJPR's Information Services Branch, the SharePoint Technical Specialist will focus on delivery of end to end Office 365/SharePoint Online solutions, digitise paper-based forms using SharePoint, Flow, Nintex and React (JavaScript) tools. The main key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Create SharePoint online out of the box applications such as lists, discussion boards, survey's calendars, webparts, workflows and etc to deliver business solutions.
  • Develop business solutions using SharePoint Online, Nintex workflows, Flow, PowerApps, Power BI, MS Teams and other Office 365 applications.
  • Design, develop and implement interactive and user-friendly sites, effective search solutions and document management repositories which comply with Records Management Policies and Security Policies.
  • Establish and enforce governance rules, information security and compliance policy.
  • Demonstrate experience in writing PowerShell script and Active Directory.
