An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced social worker to join our Social Work Department. Working in the hospital sector, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team who collaborate together to provide social work services to patients, families and /or carers. In this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team and complete psychosocial assessments, provide a range of patient centered interventions and will develop care and discharge plans.
The Social Work Department will provide you with clinical supervision in line with the AASW standards, education and training to develop your clinical practice. The department will also offer opportunities to further develop skills in research and quality improvement.
