About the Role

The Specialist Consulting Liaisons work closely with the VINAH Acute Data Team and are responsible for:

  • Auditing, investigating, and interrogating data anomalies to identify process and procedure issues relating to Specialist Consulting (Outpatients)

  • Liaising with and educating stakeholders on statutory reporting requirements and related policies and guidelines

  • Responding to data queries and providing explanations and/or business context

  • Assisting Health Datasets Manager with the coordination of data reporting changes (internally and externally generated).

About You

We are looking for a reliable and pro-active person with a passion for processes and systems to join the team on an ongoing, part-time basis (24 hours per week).

You can readily demonstrate:

  • An understanding of data entry and business processes within Referral Management and Specialist Consulting (Outpatients)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; and

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Ideally, you will also have an understanding of the VINAH reporting guidelines and the ‘Specialist clinics in Victorian public hospitals Access policy’.
