The Role:


A new opportunity has arisen in our Mental Health department for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary community outpatient team at the Travancore site. You will be working in a vibrant clinical team with a mix of disciplines and experiences, who together provide great culturally-sensitive mental health care to families seeking our service.



To be successful in this role you will have:



  • A Tertiary Qualification in Speech Pathology

  • Meet the requirements of Professional Self-Regulation program

  • Upholds the SPA Code of Ethics

  • Demonstrated skills in providing high quality assessment and treatment of children and adolescents aged 0-15 years with moderate to severe mental health difficulties

  • Expertise in providing consultation and capacity building to internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as schools and community agencies
