About the role

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative senior clinician to join our CDAMS clinics on a permanent part time basis. This position will suit a senior speech pathologist with a relevant clinical background demonstrating strong leadership and supervision, communication, quality improvement, research and benchmarking skills.

You will enjoy a diverse adult caseload managing a wide range of speech, language, dementia and swallowing disorders delivered in various settings including home visits and telehealth. As part of the multidisciplinary team you will work closely with clients and their families.

To support your growth and success in this role, you will work closely with the CDAMS Team Leaders and profession Senior Clinicians.  You will have access to clinical supervision from the Grade 4 Clinical Lead and will be supported to participate in professional development, quality improvement & research.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Eligibility for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia


• Significant experience in assessment, treatment and management of persons with dementia and other cognitive impairment clients.


• The ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team


• An established track record of highly developed interpersonal skills


• A strong commitment to high quality care
