An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and innovative new Speech Pathology graduate to join the Western Health Speech Pathology Department. This rotational position provides diverse experience across the subacute and acute adult streams.  You will be an active participant in the Speech Pathology and multidisciplinary teams with opportunity to contribute to quality improvement.

This is a 12 month new graduate position, commencing February 2021. Please note interviews are a two stage process involving a screening interview via phone followed by a panel interview. Please refer to the Position Description for selection criteria and the Application Instructions for specific application instructions that must be followed.

To be Successful in this role you have:

  • Completed or are completing a degree in Speech Pathology in 2020 with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia

  • Undergraduate experience and theoretical knowledge in the assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders within the adult setting

  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
