Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist  

  • Annual Salary Range: $101,120 - $122,348 per annum plus superannuation
  • Tenure: Fixed Term (31/12/2022)  
  • Employment Type:  Full Time
  • Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)

 

About the Team

This exciting role will be part of Payroll and Systems, a branch within the People and Business Services Division providing business enabling people and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations.

 

What exciting things you'll be doing

As a Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist, you'll be responsible for the interpretation and transformation of workforce data into transparent visual business insights and forecasting future workforce needs.

You will lead workforce modelling and forecast development and assist in building a set of contemporary workforce forecasting tools that are innovative and meet specific internal and external stakeholder needs.

 

Who are we looking for?

We're after someone who has advanced capability in strategic workforce modelling to accurately forecast future workforce requirements for supply & demand planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in workforce planning and analytics is highly regarded.
  • Advanced analytical skills, interpreting workforce data and creating visual insights is a must.
  • Workforce forecasting including supply and demand planning is vital.  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver quality, accurate workforce visual insights at an executive level.
  • The ability to undertake workforce planning and create forecasts for future workforce reporting including supply and demand planning.
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills including the ability to resolve complex data challenges.
  • Experince working within a strategic workforce planning or workforce analytics function and the ability to develop solutions and interpret workforce data in line with stakeholder/business requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to meet the target audience needs with clear and comprehensive visual executive briefings.

 

Desirable

  • Prior experience working with a range of workforce planning and analytics tools
  • Experience working with SAP (Success Factors).
  • Exposure Chris21, Empower and Connect payroll systems.
