About the Division
Next Generation Trams (NGT)
The Victorian Government through the 2020-2021 budget has announced a 1.48 billion investment into 100 Next Generation Trams (NGT) and preparatory works for a Tram Maintenance Facility. This is the largest Victorian investment into a new tram fleet in decades and will modernise the overall tram fleet while ensuring vehicle availability to meet service demand. Significantly, the new trams will improve comfort for our passengers and play a major part in making our transport network more accessible and equitable for the Victorian community.
About the opportunity
As the Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Systems Engineering function within the NGT Project including facilitating the development and management of RSD Systems Engineering standards, co-ordinating design reviews, governance and assurance, co-ordinating the design review process and running the Electronic Document Management System (TeamBinder) for the NGT Project.
