About the team and role
The People & Culture (P&C) Team are seeking an individual with strong in-house experience in recruitment at a senior level, who can also lend their subject matter expertise and insights to a range of talent related initiatives.
Working closely within a small recruitment team, this role delivers a consistent, fair and transparent approach to recruitment that is in line with the public sector best practice recruitment guidelines. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates, and provide advice and solutions that supports the business objectives of the VGSO with current and future targeted recruitment initiatives.
This is a role where adding value, building relationships and being the subject matter expert is key to success.
