POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Leader leads a team to provide a range of departmental services and meet the holistic needs of clients. The Team Leader must have a capacity to understand the complexities of the organisational and area context, exercise sound judgment delivers on outcomes and develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires leadership, strategic thinking, operational management skills and highly developed relationship building capabilities.
