Team Leader, Occupational Therapy and Social Support - Job Share

(Grade 3 Allied Health Clinician)

Permanent Part Time (32hrs per fortnight)

Position Summary

This Team Leader position works in a job share arrangement to provide strategic leadership of the Bass Coast Health (BCH) Occupational Therapy and Social Support Group service areas across all BCH sites and settings. While based at Wonthaggi, this role will be required to outreach to the San Remo and Cowes sites as required to support staff and service development.

Clinical responsibilities of the role include:

  • The provision of high-quality occupational therapy services to clients/patients/residents of BCH, utilising assessment skills and developing individual treatment plans to deliver a person-centred service
  • The provision of clinical supervision and support to Clinical Grade 3, Grade 2 and Grade 1 Occupational Therapists, Allied Health students and Social Support Group staff.
