Team Manager - Child & Youth


Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified person to be employed in the role as the Child and Youth  Mental Health Team Manager. The successful aplicant will be responsible for the managment of the  Child and Youth Community Mental Health teams.


Reporting to the General Manager this role plays an important role in providing high level coordination leadership and advice on the delivery of Child and Youth Mental Health Services across Gippsland.  Based in Traralgon the successful applicant will be responsible for the 0-25 framework of service delivery and ensure the development and sustainability of key partnerships across the region.


The Manager provides leadership to and is accountable for the Child and Youth Mental Health Service including the community teams, and specialised programs and has responsibility and accountability for the overall operational and clinical management including budgets, targets and key performance indicators.


The successful applicant needs to have:



  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Experience working in community mental health with sound clinical experience
