Team Midwife - Sandringham


Fixed Term and Ongoing Part Time positions available.

Our Maternity Services team at Sandringham are currently seeking motivated, experienced and professional midwives for a variety of fixed term and permanent contracts so if you’re looking to join a reputable tertiary hospital then this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!



Your contribution  


As a Team Midwife you will be providing quality care to women and their families within a multidisciplinary team environment while working under the leadership of the Associate Unit Manager.


About you


Our ideal candidate will have:



  • Midwifery Registration with AHPRA

  • Prior experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and across the continuum of care from antenatal booking-in through to home-based postnatal visits

  • Ability to work AM, PM and ND shifts

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work across the scope of practice and understanding of midwifery issues

  • Well-developed interpersonal and patient care skills

  • A friendly and positive attitude

  • And of course, a passion for Women’s Health!
