DPC is looking for a skilled Technical Support Lead to support the whole of Victorian Government Application Programming Interface (WoVG API) Platform.

This team sits within the Digital, Design and Innovation (DDI) branch of Digital Victoria.

DDI focuses on delivering digital projects, accessible open data, information services, website content and social media strategies, as well as managing products used across the Whole of Victorian Government.

As the Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for triaging support issues for clients of the API Platform and supporting these through to resolution with the help of the technical team.

You will be required to become the subject matter expert of the API Platform, as well as identify possible areas for process improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in incident management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Awareness of computer programming
  • Awareness of API's
