The Commercial Transactions Division operates as a centre of excellence for the Department on commercial tenders, negotiations, management and advisory services.
About the Opportunity
The Ticketing Technical Manager position sits in the I&T Branch. The Future Public Transport Ticketing (PTT) project seeks to plan and procure the State's future public transport ticketing solution and services and oversee transition to the implementation phase (which will be managed as a separate project). As our Ticketing Technical Manager, you will own the end-to-end design and definition of the overall technical solution, providing advice and guidance and socialising ticketing and related technology solutions to stakeholders, and ensuring proposed solutions address business needs, are fit for purpose and align to the organisation's and the project's user requirements.
