About the Transformation Team at Monash Health
The Transformation Team delivers on high priority organisational transformational objectives, in alignment with Monash Health strategic priorities. The team utilises improvement methodology, project management and change and engagement strategies to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
About The Role:
The Transformation Partner will support the delivery of the Transformation team work plan and contribute to the overall portfolio of the team. Working closely with other team members in the Strategy, Transformation and Projects division, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders and frontline teams, you will provide advice and expertise to deliver initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and the implementation of Monash Health’s Strategic Plan 2023.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the facilitation of process improvement and redesign; delivery of small-medium scale complex projects in a health setting; and, have the acumen to influence, collaborate and build sustainable relationships with all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
