About the Team

The Transport Planning Division leads the development of integrated transport network planning for Victoria. It is responsible for planning of significant transport corridors, as well as spatial/place based and planning initiatives based on the planning framework set out in the network development strategic planning model.

About the Opportunity

Join a team that is working to shape and strengthen Victoria's transport system. The Transport System Analyst will assist in the delivery of evidence-based transport plans, strategies, feasibility studies and guidance which help ensure our transport systems meet the needs of Victorians, support Government intentions for the economic, social and environmental development of the state and which set the program for future development of our transport networks.

About You

The successful candidate will bring innovative and flexible thinking to the role and develop strong relationships with a range of TfV teams and other stakeholders to ensure an integrated transport and land use planning approach that balances technical detail with advice that may be tailored to a wide range of audiences. They will work effectively as a member of a team and play a key role in assisting teams with transport data related needs.
