About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our Trustee Services department. We are looking for an individual with a focus on customer service to carry out trustee responsibilities and to proactively manage a client portfolio of low complexity and low balance trusts.

Duties

• Manage the administration of a client portfolio within the guidelines of relevant legislation including ongoing file management & detailed client correspondence
• Assessment of applications for funds including authorising documents and payments appropriately
• Ensure all assets of the allocated client portfolio are appropriately managed & protected
• Identify and report opportunities for improvements to processes & procedures

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Efficient in the Microsoft suite including a basic skill level with Microsoft Excel
