What You'll Do

The Visitor Experience Officer is responsible for providing proactive, responsive, high-quality customer service standards for new and existing visitors to Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria. This role ensures visitors receive clear, welcoming information on arrival, and leave having had a positive and safe visitor experience. The role also provides a level of protection for site assets through the enforcement of key RBGV regulations. Please note that you will be required to carry out chief warden duties. Relevant training will be offered.

We have three part-time positions available. Shift patterns are noted below. Please confirm which position(s) you are applying for in your application.

1 x Tuesday – Saturday, 4pm – 8pm (0.53 FTE)

2 x Sunday – Monday, 4pm – 8pm (0.21 FTE)
