South West 4 is a General Medical Unit, composed of 36 beds. We are one of a number of wards which had lead Ward Governance - a system to optimise care outcome for out patients, by collaborating with specialised disciplines to meet the clients health goals, under this structure, we recognise and encourage all team members to engage in innovative activates to improve the patients experience. In line with this, clerical team members will be encouraged to communicate in harmony with the consumer, medical, allied health and pharmacy team members.

We are looking for a clerical team member who works under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Manger. The Clerical team member is responsible for maintaining excellent service delivery by improving the patient experience.
