About South West 2, Dandenong Hospital
South West 2 is a General Medical Unit, composed of 20 beds. We are one of a number of wards which had lead Ward Governance- a system to optimise care outcomes for our patients by collaborating with specialised disciplines to meet the clients health goals. Under this structure, we recognise and encourage all team members to engage in innovative activities to improve the patient experience. In line with this, clerical team member will be encouraged to communicate in harmony with the consumer, Medical, Allied Health and Pharmacy team members.
About the Role
We are looking for a clerical team member who works under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Manager. The Clerical team member is responsible for maintaining excellent service delivery by improving the patient experience.
