A fantastic opportunity exists for a workforce deplyment coordinator to assist the COVID-19 Public Health Division with high volume recruitment, mobility and on-boarding and off-boarding activities. This is a busy and rewarding role within a fantastic team who have a great culture of comradery.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing coordination and administration of staff movement (up to 40-60 people per week) coming in and out of the COVID-19 public health division. You will provide first level response to candidates and customers ensuring new employees are supported through induction, have completed all relevant paperwork, have relevant IT access, building passes, IT equipment and are set up for rostering and payroll. You will also provide support with off-boarding and assist with writing job descriptions. This is a critical that requires an energetic and tenacious individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. 

To succeed in this role you will have relevant tertiary education coupled with demonstrated experience in a high-volume recruitment environment. You will be able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints.
