About the graduate program

Depending on your skills, you can apply through 1 of 4 streams:

  • generalist stream
  • accounting and finance stream
  • data analytics stream
  • economic consultancy stream.

Applications are open to anyone with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or a minimumof a level 7 on the Australian Qualifications framework

You don't need any previous work experience in a similar role to apply. All training is provided.

When you apply you must:

  • have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree or the same as level 7 and above of the Australian Qualifications framework between 1 Janurary 2020 and 1 Janurary 2023
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident or have unrestricted working rights for ongoing work
  • not be on a temporary graduate visa
  • not have taken a voluntary redundancy from the Victorian public Sector in the 3 years up to the program start date of 23 Janurary 2023.
