About the graduate program

Depending on your skills, you can apply through one of 3 streams:

  • generalist stream
  • law stream
  • project delivery stream

There are subject pre-requisites for the Law and Project delivery streams. There are no pre-requisites for the Generalist stream.

We offer two pathways into the program:

  • Graduates with disability can apply through our disability pathway.
  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander graduates can apply through our Aboriginal pathway.



Applications are open to anyone with a Bachelors degree or a minimum of a level 7 on the AQF. You don't need any previous work experience in a similar role to apply. All training is provided.

To apply you must be one of the following:

  • an Australian or New Zealand citizen
  • an Australian permanent resident
  • someone with unrestricted working rights for ongoing work and not on a temporary graduate visa.
