About the Role


Monash Women's, Monash Health has 8 full time twelve month Non-accredited O&G Registrar Positions available commencing 7th February 2022 to 5th February 2023.


This position offers a unique opportunity for doctors intended on applying for the RANZCOG Training Program. Successful candidates will be offered a structured and broad range of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology ensuring that they are competitively placed for future CTP applications.


This position offers opportunity to develop procedural skills such as instrumental births and caesarean section as well as supervision of birth suite and minor gynaecology operating.


As part of this position, successful applicants will be assisted in preparing their application for college training and interview.


About the Unit


The Obstetrics & Gynaecology Unit is the largest provider of women’s health services in Victoria. In 2019 Monash Health cared for nearly 10,000 births. Monash Health is a recognised academic leader in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with outstanding opportunities for basic and clinical research.
