An ongoing opportunity for an Administration Officer to support the Administration Coordinator, Manager Contract Management and Contract Management team within the Local Infrastructure, Land Use Victoria division.
The Administration Officer is responsible for day to day support to direct report on administration issues to ensure standards and deliverables are maintained.
Supporting the Administration Coordinator, Manager Contract Management and Contract Management team, this role will require an individual with proven experience providing quality-assured and timely administration support and will be able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Local Government, contract managers and valuers to ensure deliverables are competed in a timely manner and VGV's obligations are fulfilled. The position reports to the Administration Coordinator.
