What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Present a professional image and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Process administrative tasks for client information management within agreed timeframes.
• Demonstrate positive workplace behaviours and relationships at all times with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Intermediate to advanced ability to use Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Experience and practice in mental health client information management data entry and data maintenance.
• Ability to prepare letters and emails using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.
• Current Victorian Drivers licence.
