The Administration Coordinator for GP Integration Unit and Allied Health


supports the General Practice Integration Unit (GPIU) Manager and the Allied Health Management Team by providing efficient office systems and effective administrative support. This includes administrative support and meeting support (coordination, papers, minutes etc.)
Challenges and priorities for this role include the following:



  • Providing a quality, streamlined and efficient level of service

  • Ensure comprehensive customer service 

  • Develop and support administrative systems that assist GPIU Manager and the Allied Health Management team (including the Professors of Allied Health) in work management

  • To support the GPIU Manager and Allied Health Management team in achieving WH operational and strategic priorities

  • Maintaining excellent standards of service in a high pressure work environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion


This is a temporary backfill role. Suitable part-time or full time applications will be considered.


To be Successful in this Role you:



  • Relevant business qualification to degree level and/or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a Personal or Professional Assistant role in similar organisation

  • Experience dealing with the complexities of a large diverse organisation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritise and organise self and others effectively

  • Effective business user of M/S Office suite of applications

  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High levels of tact and discretion when dealing with multiple contacts and potentially sensitive and confidential matters
