Healthcare administration is fast paced, with our Administration staff an integral part of the Maternity Services team. Rotating through our busy maternity service at both Casey and Pakenham Clerical staff are the first person our patients are greeted by.


You are a proactive, experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively in an autonomous role. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.


Who are we looking for?



  • Proven healthcare administration experience

  • Essential knowledge of IPM, and MBS desirable.

  • Friendly, customer service driven individual who can communicate effectively

  • Proactive, organised and can work autonomously


About Monash Women’s at Casey Hospital:


Monash Women's Maternity service is the largest maternity provider in Victoria providing care to over 9,000 women each year across all our sites.


Working collaboratively within our  Maternity units, the Monash Women's Clinics at Pahenham provides specialised pregnancy care to patients booking at Monash Health Casey Hospital.
