 About the Role

The Cancer Services Administration Officer is a valued member of the Cancer Services Team, integral to the smooth functioning of operations and services at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre. Responsibilities encompass administering multi-disciplinary team meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, data entry, managing maintenance requests and room bookings, processing invoices, scheduling appointments, and facilitating secure communications across various organisations.

 We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Demonstrated practical ability and knowledge of administration tasks in the health environment. This includes well developed keyboard/data entry computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office suite and a thorough understanding of the importance of accuracy/ attention to detail.
  • Values and demonstrates personal integrity and is trustworthy ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion are maintained.

Employment Type: This is a Fixed Term, Full Time opportunity from June 3rd 2024 to October 22nd 2024.
