The position within the Health Information Services Team will support the transition to CCP. The CCP is an electronic platform designed to coordinate and capture all aspects of client care. The Administration Officer - CCP will provide a coordinated approach to capture of information into the platform for Community Services and Specialist Outpatients, assist with outpatient dataset reporting, national health record upload requirements, health information data integrity and system administration duties.

Fixed Term Part-Time – 56 hours per fortnight

Classification: Administration Officer - Dependent on Qualifications and Experience

Award: Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016 – 2020

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications / Experience

  1. Qualification and/or experience in health administration desirable but not essential

Specialist Expertise

  1. High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs
  2. Ability to meet reporting timelines and manage competing priorities and demands within the role
  3. Ability to navigate and work within administration systems

Personal Qualities

  1. Demonstrated problem solving skills
  2. Strong organisational skills
  3. Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing requirements of a busy office environment.
  4. High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Proficiency and enthusiasm for learning computer applications
