About ELMHS
ELMHS provides a range of mental health services to pregnant mothers, infants, children and adolescents and their families within the Southern Region.
The organisational and clinical model has been developed to provide mental health care that is flexible and responsive to the individual and developmental needs of the perinatal to youth populations and their families. As such, this model will support the provision of integrated mental health care for young people, guided by consistent, service-wide protocols and principles of care.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic front reception Administration Support Officer to join our team at Early in Life Mental Health Service (ELMHS).
Your need for variety and to be busy will make this the ideal role for you. This role will give you the opportunity to provide exceptional front line customer service to our clients and support the various teams and sites within Early in Life Mental Health Service. You will work with teams of busy mental health professionals to provide reception and administration support using a wide range of systems and databases, including registering and maintaining client information.

You are a proactive and experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You are skilled at juggling a busy switchboard and working in a hospital environment doesn’t faze you.
