An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Admistration Officer to join our Division of Surgery, Anaesthesia and Procedural Medicine.The Administration Officer will form part of The Surgery Centre Administration Team.


 The focus of this team is to provide exceptional customer service within a welcoming enviorement 



The successful incumbent will work to provide:



  • Efficient and effective administrative support to facilitate the patients admission journey

  • Excellent customer service to all patients,families,visitors and hopital staff

  • Effective phone support and act as a point of contact for The Surgery Centre

  • A flexible and innovative approach to work processes

  • Flexibity to cover sick leave and annual leave


Desirable but not essential



  • Previous experience in a hospital envioroment

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
