What you'll do
Reporting to the Manager, Integrity & Oversight, your role as Adviser, Integrity and Governance will be central to enhancing the integrity of the public sector as guided by the Public Administration Act 2004. Your responsibilities include delivering expert advice on integrity and governance issues, fostering relationships with integrity bodies to uphold a professional public sector, analysis of complex information, accurately maintaining essential administrative records, and crafting guidance for emerging integrity challenges. Additionally, you will work collaboratively across the Integrity and Oversight Branch.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who live by the Victorian public sector values and possess outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to new situations is essential, as is your skill in policy design and analysis. A foundation in Law, Public Policy/Administration, or a related discipline, either through academic qualifications or relevant experience, will be highly regarded.
