About the role
We are seeking Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Clinical Care Managers) to join our dedicated Dimboola Campus team. The position includes working a 24/7 rotating roster. You will be able to work collaboratively and consultatively as part of a multidisciplinary team, have demonstrated leadership ability and have a clear understanding of the managerial responsibilities of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

Ideally someone with at least 3 years working as a Registered Nurse, with Residential aged care experience.

We're actively seeking candidates for this role and will review applications as they come in. Application close on DATE or until the position is filled.

We have 2 roles available:

  • Permanent part time hours 48 hours per fortnight
  • Parental Leave position 64 hours per fortnight (June 2024 for 12 months)

Skills and experience

  • Registered Division 1 Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Post graduate qualification or be working towards same.
  • Clinical skills relevant to specialist area
  • Committed to continuous quality improvement, customer service and patient centred care.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Associated Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $54.07 - $55.88 per hour.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask.  Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
