About the role
The primary role of the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is to support the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide leadership and direction to the clinical and non-clinical team members within the unit to affect a high standard of clinical and professional care.

This is a Permanent Part Time position and work a 24/7 rotating roster.

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Registered Nurse/ Midwife with current AHPRA registrations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement and person-centred care
  • Proficiency in the use of information technology

Desirable:

  • Clinical Skills relevant to acute area
  • Postgraduate/Certificate qualifications
