Asset and Fleet Coordinator 

Engineering Services

Admin Officer Grade 2 (HS2)
Permanent - Full Time
(80 hrs per fortnight) with ADO

We are seeking a suitably qualified professional to join our engineering team to provide a high level of administration and coordination to the Engineering Services Department in Asset and Fleet Management. This includes maintainance of the Asset Management Systems and ensure compliance within the Asset Management Accountability Framework. This permanent full time position includes working Monday to Friday and is an opportunity to work within our engineering department. This position involves the planning and implementing systems and administrative processes, including the recording of asset records through paper and electronic systems.

Key Selection Criteria include:


  • High level of competency using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook programs.

  • Ability to work unsupervised in a busy office environment and maintain good customer focus.

  • Previous experience in an Administrator role including Asset and Fleet Management.

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong Working Knowledge of Pulse (BEIMS)

  • A background and strong knowledge of facilities maintenance.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Well developed problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicting work priorities.


  • Working knowledge of Database programs.

  • Experience with Oracle purchasing software & Kronos.

  • Current Australian drivers licence.

  • IHEA Membership
