About the role

Located at the iconic heritage listed Parliament House, the Assets and Maintenance Administration Officer provides a range of general administrative support to the Asset Management and Gardens (AM&G) teams, including; maintaining administrative office systems, accounts payable processes, records management and reporting.

Being the first point of contact for enquires directed to the AM&G teams, this role provides high-level customer service and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

About you

Strong planning and organisational skills, with an excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise is the key to success in this role. You have proven experience in the provision of administrative and support services, preferably in a facilities management environment (or equivalent) and possess well-developed written skills with a proven ability to draft correspondence, briefing notes and reports.
