An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Registered Nurse to join Ward 7 South at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer, Wellness and Research Centre within Austin Health as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM). The position is available in a part-time or full-time capacity in both permanent and fixed term opportunities.



Ward 7 South is a dynamic 24 bed haematology/bone marrow transplant with 4 beds endocrinology and rheumatology. We provide care for patients with malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions. We care for patients at all stages of their illness trajectory including patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic stem cell/bone marrow transplants. We also provide care for patients receiving care under the endocrinology or rheumatology units.

Key responsibilities will include performing systemic and focused nursing assessments, evaluating care within the multidisciplinary team and providing safe and effective evidence-based nursing care.
