The Barring Djinang VET/TAFE graduate program places graduates with a Certificate III or higher in jobs across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. This program creates a new pathway to public sector careers for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander vocational graduates.

Project Officer

Role Description              

The Project Officer will sit within the Technology Development team managing contracts for projects that test emerging technologies, providing guidance, advice and direction for activities needed to deliver on programs within specified timeframes and to the satisfaction of executives.

Existing Skills     

Strong communication and organisational skills, positive attitude and real team player. 

Listening to others, giving and actively seeking constructive feedback 

Project management skills would be a strong advantage, but problem-solving capability and willingness to learn is all that's needed.
